Purchase and Member Service Agreement: This is an agreement whereby Infinitee Travel Network agrees to sell to purchaser 1 (and) purchaser 2("Purchaser") and Purchaser agrees to purchase membership in (ITN) subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. There are no implied warranties of merchantability, which extend beyond the described terms and conditions contained herein. I understand that I am purchasing access to and a membership in ITN including rights to renew yearly. I agree to the full Terms and Conditions. Seller will rely upon summery term and conditions and acknowledgement in accepting Purchaser(s) obligation. Purchaser(s) further represents that to the Seller that purchaser(s) received a copy of this Agreement, the document was complete and that all blanks in the form were filled in prior to signing it.

PURCHASERS' ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Purchasers' Acknowledgment ("Acknowledgment") highlights certain rights and obligations of Membership with ITN. The terms below are brief descriptions of some of the important benefits of the Membership and are available in more detail in the Agreement. These terms are presented for the purpose of full disclosure and by initialing next to each numbered paragraph, you are confirming that you read and understand each statement.
1) I understand that my Membership Login will be activated by ITN within 72 hours of acceptance, transaction of funds paid at $1000, and that my Membership will continue for 12 consecutive months.
Activation Amount:

Membership will be activated once the specified amount is reached.
2) I understand that my Network Membership renews annually upon payment of my Membership Renewal Fee. The current renewal fee is $149.
3) I understand that I have signed a legal and binding agreement and that no oral promises have been made other than what appears in print in this Agreement. What's in writing prevails.
4) I understand that if my Membership expires, I can regain access to the ITN website with a current Reinstatement Fee of $149 USD and my Annual Membership Renewal Fee.
5) I understand that I may use cash or Travel Credits for booking travel options.
6) I understand that certain benefits that are available on the ITN Website today may be modified, removed or substituted at any time without notice. I further understand that additional benefits may be added.
7) I understand that all bookings made through the ITN Website or by calling a customer service representative are based on availability.
8) I understand that rates and pricing listed on the Website are only available to Members. Some benefits have additional costs, which will be listed or explained on the Website.
9) I understand that the Network is intended for my personal use, enjoyment, and that of my family and guests, and it may not be resold, transferred or re-assigned without written notification and acceptance.
10) I understand that I am purchasing my Membership from Infinitee Travel Network and it is not affiliated with the Seminar Host Company other than it has a Business Client Relationship (relationship between Saveon Resorts and ITN).

12) I will abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Network Membership, a copy of which has been provided to me along with the ITN Online Brochure.

Summary Terms and Conditions
Congratulations on your decision to join Infinitee Travel Network (ITN). As a member in good standing, you will have accessto the entire ITN website, designed to be simple and easy; simple to find what you want and easy to use what you find. ITN provides exclusive access to unique travel and leisure products, a full array of accommodations, vacation packages,and multiple companion travel components.

This Summary Terms and Conditions, along with full terms and conditions, accessible on the ITN website, contain your exclusive membership benefits. We encourage you to log on to the ITN website at www.infiniteetravelnetwork.com. set up your vacation preferences, and browse the amazing offers available to you and your family.

Definitions

"Agreement" means this document, along with other disclosures and terms and conditions, found on the ITN network. "Purchaser(s)" means member(s) and the person or persons named at the beginning of this Agreement. "Seller" means ITN.

Payments: I/We promise to pay the seller the amounts due under this Agreement and to make payments pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each payment will be applied, first to interest that is due, and then to principal that is due.

Warranty: There are no warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Enrollment is purchased without express or implied warranties from seller and seller disclaims all warranties.

Obligations Independent: Each person who signs this Agreement agrees to pay according to its terms. This means that member(s) must pay what is agreed upon even if someone else has also signed it; you will still be obligated to pay this Agreement even should a co-member be released from same.

Assignment: You agree that seller may, at its discretion, assign its interest in this Agreement to a third party.
Membership Term

The initial term of this membership is 12 consecutive months from the date you receive email notification, or other notification, that you have access to the ITN website. Prior to the anniversary of the initial term, you have the right to renew your membership for an additional 12 months upon the payment of the annual membership renewal fee. Members will be able to renew their memberships for as long as they remain in good standing subject to $149 annual fee.
Members in good standing will have access to the ITN website and all of its benefits then in effect.

Membership Renewal Fee:

ITN reserves the right to increase or decrease the annual membership renewal fee. Any increase cannot exceed 5% (five percent) of the amount of your last membership renewal fee. Single and multi-year renewals are payable and due at the time of renewal based on your date of contract. Failure to renew by your anniversary date will give you the right to re-enroll for a $149 reinstatement fee. Following re-enrollment, the annual fee will then revert to the previously established fee of $149.00 annually going forward.

Benefit: "Benefit" means any product or services offered on the ITN website. For current ITN benefits please see Exhibit "A". A complete description of each benefit appears on the ITN website, as well as any additional costs, charged by the provider, and any specific rules or conditions or qualifications for use (benefit terms of use). Some examples of additional cost might be: taxes, resort fees, usage fees, all-inclusive charges, additional guest charges, housekeeping service, room service, reservation modification fees, and cancellation fees. Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in the inability to make a reservation, cancellation of reservation, or booking. We recommend that you visit the ITN website often for the most current information about benefits and benefit terms of use.
Reservations and Cancellations: You will be able to make reservations on line or through a customer service representative (personal concierge). In the event a benefit provided does not accept or confirm a reservation, or the benefit becomes unavailable for any reason, you will be offered a substitution of equal or greater value. If no substitution is available, or does not satisfy you a full refund of the amount you paid will be issued. It is imperative that you read and understand the benefit terms of use provided on the ITN website before you request a reservation or booking. If you fail to adhere to the benefit terms of use, and initiate a charge-back through your credit card, your reservation may be cancelled, you may be subject to additional charges, and/or your membership could be deactivated. Best Rate Guarantee: Vacation packages, excursions, cruises, and tours are all eligible for ITN's best rate guarantee. The best rate guarantee requires written proof of the availability of an identical product at a lower rate within 24 hours of booking. Rates will be verified and must be available to the public. Representations & Acknowledgments by Purchaser(s): Purchaser(s) represent and warrant that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into this agreement and participate in ITN membership. You will use the ITN web site solely for personal enjoyment and not for resale or profit. No representations have been made to you as to tax benefits, investment returns, or ownership in the ITN website. You further acknowledge that this agreement constitutes an agreement between you and ITN. You understand and agree that membership in ITN is a non-exclusive, limited, renewal license to use the ITN website and access the membership benefits offered. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITN and their related and unrelated entities for any demands, claims, liens, contracts, covenants, actions, suits, causes of action, obligations, costs and expenses, attorneys' fees, controversies, judgments, liabilities, damage, loss or theft of personal property, or injury or bodily harm of any kind related to use or in connection with any benefits on the ITN website or in connection with its practices. Any claim arising out of use or in connection with the ITN website, or any benefit, past or current, will be limited to the current amount paid for the annual membership renewal fee at the time the incident occurred.
Miscellaneous:Both this agreement and membership are transferable by members in good standing, upon express written consent by ITN. Transfer fees may apply. If any part of this agreement shall be deemed invalid under applicable law, the remaining parts of this agreement shall be in full force and effect. In construing this agreement, the singular tense shall be deemed to include the plural. The headers of each subsection are for reference purposes only. This agreement shall be binding upon the member(s) and ITN and their legal representatives, successors, and assigns. Failure to exercise any right or provision in this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver or modification of the right to the agreement. Sales tax, if any, becomes the responsibility of the purchaser(s).The company reserves the right to add, remove, or substitute any or all benefits offered through the website. Further, the company reserves the right to create, set, or modify any terms and conditions of membership to the network.
Applicable law: This contract will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the State of California, County of San Diego, which shall be deemed the proper venue for all purposes. This agreement of the parties and any modification or revision of this contract must be in writing and signed by both seller and purchaser(s).
